About Amy :
Amy Reinholdt began her Real Estate career in 2003 after moving to Naples from Chicago in 2002 where she ran a printing and direct mail company.
Amy earned her GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) the GREEN and CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) Ms. Reinholdt has certifications in AHWD (At Home with Diversity), RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist), TRC (Transnational Referral Certification). In addition Amy is also licensed as a CAM (Community Association Manager).
Amy is a consummate Real Estate professional and a Florida Real Estate permitted instructor. Amy is a lead instructor of Sales and Broker Pre and Post Licensing classes for Southern Real Estate Academy with locations in Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Ohio, New Jersey, Oregon, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Louisiana, and Hawaii. She teaches the ABR and RSPS courses with REBAC.
Recently Amy has focused her direction in offering personalized tutoring sessions when students have had challenges with classroom materials and testing. Amy will personalize her method of instruction that is tailored to your educational level.
Amy became active as a volunteer at NABOR (Naples Area Board of Realtors) and has been awarded the 2005 NABOR Rising Star, 2005 Graduate of NABOR Leadership Class, 2007 Naples on the Gulf WCR (Women's Council of Realtors) Chapter Honor Circle Award, and 2007 NABOR Educator of the Year.
Amy’s involvement with NABOR continues and has includes being a member of various committees over the years and in 2008 served as the Chair of Membership, Dean of Orientation, and as a Florida Realtor Director. On the state level Amy served on the Professional Development Committee for many years, chairing the Faculty Development Sub-Committee in 2012 with education as a primary focus.
Amy currently serves on the Legal Resources Committee of the Naples Area Board of Realtors.
